KARUNA FOUNDATION started imparting free education to the children of migrant laborers living in legalities like Azad colony, Madrasi colony, Ambedkar colony and Maheshpur village well before it actually got registered 2002. The main aim of the school was that these children instead of indulging in anti-social activities could gain knowledge that would be fruitful for their future.
For us no matter any aid from the government or other resources comes our way or not, we carried out free education teaching with handful of around 20 slum children dating back to the year 1995. The main aspect of life is a good education which we want to provide to unprivileged ones. For us, education means more than just to get a job and earn money, it is about having knowledge of world around you.
